In a building designed in the early 1960s by architect Luigi Caccia Domignoni, one of the greatest interpreters of the Milanese and Lombard spirit, is the headquarters of the Spada Partners studio. Large windows overlook the imposing church of Sant'Eufemia, a project signed by Architect Locatelli and realised by Ecoedile Srl.

The offices also house the important works of partner Roberto Spada's collection, arranged around a central courtyard, respecting the original spirit and colors of the environment. The attention paid to light and transparency is in keeping with the pleasant exposure and arrangement of the rooms. The materials used are brown linoleum for the floor, mahogany wood for doors and paneling, black iron, and glass.
