The new Coop supermarket in Via Delpino Teramo, Santa Margherita Ligure, has a sales area of 1,250 square metres and offers around 10,000 products. It is located in a completely renovated building. The work, carried out by Ecoedile Srl, has created 47 parking spaces reserved for customers, in addition to 102 available to the public. "This operation, like others carried out in recent years and others still in progress," commented the Mayor of Santa Margherita Ligure, Paolo Donadoni, "is a virtuous example of how public and private can come together to the benefit of both those who invest and the community.
The decision to use this facility was made because of its strategic location and the assumption that the supermarket is now a constant presence for millions of people in large cities and small towns in all developed countries.
