In the Genoese area formerly occupied by the Bona wool mill, on the right bank of the Leira stream, in Via D'Albertis, is the project for a 'giant' Coop. Realised by the company Ecoedile Srl, the aim is to restore an abandoned and disfigured area in order to transform it into a service that can be enjoyed by the entire community. Returning to the founding principles of the Coop format, the new supermarket in Via D'Albertis also focuses decisively on an assortment built to satisfy all customers' needs by offering a high density of assortment in one thousand square metres of area. The decision to use this structure is given by its strategic location and the assumption that the supermarket is now a constant presence for millions of people in large cities and small towns in all developed countries.
