VIA KRAMER 24/26
A new contemporary and elegant complex has emerged after the demolition of an anonymous 1960s building, for years the site of a university residence. In dialogue with the space of the city, it reveals, behind large windows, the inner garden. An intervention of over 4,500 square metres of surface area that began with environmental reclamation, demolition of the old structure to make room for about forty residential units. It then continued with six floors above ground, parking spaces and cellars in addition to 1300 square metres of green areas and courtyards. The building is characterised by light-coloured stoneware façades with large balconies and terraces and an internal green courtyard full of important trees. A number of bow windows, particularly towards Via Kramer, enrich the composition. The entire complex is updated to the latest construction standards and materials, and all units are Class A certified. Ecoedile Srl supported the Beretta and Associates architecture studio.
