In the northwest area of Milan, near the junction of Via Ludovico di Breme with Viale Certosa, one of the city's fastest-growing areas, stands a new and innovative residential complex. The strategic location of the area, outside the city center and close to important connecting road infrastructures, has contributed to the rapid growth of the existing manufacturing settlements. Here, somewhere between an older and a more modern building, a third element was added: the design of a contemporary building, in the need to communicate current events.

Constructed by Ecoedile Srl, the new building volume develops longitudinally to the street, maintaining a contact with the existing residential buildings, with which, while differentiating, it also aligns and relates on the elevation plane. Balancing between being an ordering element along the street and a filter between the spaces of the public area and those of the inner garden, the building also pays important attention to environmental impact and energy conservation. Surrounded by the green of the oratory, the via Breme residential complex represents a cozy and familiar environment, the main stimulus of the construction.
